Shanghai with a touch of rain

Lucas biggest wish for the Thursday was to go to Uniqlo and try out the Japanese high tech toilets! You can get both rinsed, dried and who know's what else. We also managed to go to Starbucks, again!

Dumpling making

Our ayi had a dumpling class for the kids and Annika today.

Emma and Melker normally helps me with the dumplings, but it is nice that they now can make them more pretty!

Svenska skolan

I am helping out in the Swedish school every week at SCIS Hongqiao. In Melker's class, wich is great fun!

Happy in Shanghai

Fun day with some shopping, not so sure that Lucas liked it as much as his mum. But he enjoyed getting new headphone's. 

We also wen't to their old house in the French Concession. And the cool thing was that it was designed by Hudec. I didn't know that when I used to visit there before.

Melker, Albert and Lucas had lot's of fun in the compound.

And for dinner we had Korean barbecue!

We meet up with her in Fuxing Park. The kids could play for a while, and we could chat.

Emma had a fun day too, at Luka's birthday party in the compound.

Anna 40!

40, can't believe it! But there was a great party at Geneva for her. But we started off with a drink at Els and Phil's place.

We gave her a big box wich had 40 smaller gifts inside;) Some really great things like granny knickers, cane, hat etc..

Finally here! It's so fun to have them back in their old city. We were in the same Mother's group here in Shanghai when the boy's were baby's!

We took a Walk in the neighbourhood.

SCIS International Food Fair

A great hot autumn day, just like a swedish summer day! We tried lot's of different food. Melker stood in the Swedish booth for an hour to get his service hours. 

Lisbeth and Frederik were there, Emma's principle Mr E were there too of course.

Lucky draw, well we won 1st price. A carpet worth 7500 Rmb!! And Emma said that she wanted to win the new Nexus, wich I told her was impossible. But she won it! Melker won some nights at Marriott in Hong Kong and some other things.. What a great day!!

Kaled 40 år

Lina hade fixat inför hans överrasknings fest i flera veckor! Maten hade hon och Els lagat. Och de hade t.o.m en improviserad libanesisk show! Alla hade Vintage 1974 t-shirts på sig!

UN Day

Igår var årets roligaste dag på skolan, enligt mig.. Över 1000 barn från, 39 länder på skolan. De största grupperna, Syd Korea, USA och Sverige! De går i en parad runt skolan, shower och tal. Och som vanligt lyser solen!
